This ministry was started in 2002 by a group of men from Wyoming. The campus has a special building for the well drilling rig and has an assortment of parts and supplies on hand. Some of the IEC staff has been trained to help with all aspects of the well drilling process. At present, about 60 wells have been drilled free of charge to the recipients. Lately solar power is being used to operate some of the wells.
